Just what I needed!
The ease of ordering and the intuit design of the HP printer and supply processing is wonderful. I do not have to worry if I picked up the wrong thing or wait for supplies to be empty!! Happy HP user!!

Easy to Use

I think both the toners have been used or dried off. The print is so dull and when I am trying to give a print from my phone there is a message that is coming up that says “ the toner is low on ink”. Not sure what to do? Both the toners seal inside is open.

HP Cartridge
We tried to use the after market cartridges only to have continual problems. We switched back to the original HP and no issues they are a bit higher priced however the time wasted with the after market cartridges are worth it.

While the printing quality is excellent the number of printed pages is way below advertised. The Standard Yield cartridge is NOT a good value. I understand there is a HP 414X extended yield made but it was not available in the 3 different Staples stores I've looked in. ( how convenient!) A poor use of manufacturing & natural resources.

EASY TO REPLACE
I BOUGHT ALL 4 SET OF THE TONER CARTRIDGE AND THEY WERE VERY EASY TO REPLACE AND THEY WORKED IMMEDIATELY. I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE IT TOOK OVER A WEEK TO BE DELIVERED AND IT WAS PROMISED FOR THE NEXT DAY.

Print Quality
I have been buying HP products for well over a dozen years. The 414X gives me the best value while at the same time confidence I will get the best possible card stock quality and not have to deal with all of the issues people do who choose to use brand X cartridges in their laser printers.
