the 414x is very good . packed well. prints allot before replacing. They do cost allot.

Expensive !!
If I had purchased the black cartridge and the three color cartridges the total was over 1 000.00 ...that is crazy...cost twice as much as the printer does.....

Only a month or so old and seems to print black fine. Have not tried color as yet. Noisy when it starts up but the noise is ok as long as it functions.
