I like the color plastic tabs better than the black flimsey tabs. They are very useful when you need to organize papers by months.

Great Dividers
I enjoy using these monthly dividers. They are colorful and clean looking. You can rearrange them to start with July if using your binder for a fiscal year. I have used these for many years. They are a good value.

Organization by month
Dividers were exactly what I needed to organize my data in a binder. They came prelabeled so I did not need to do that. Sturdy enough for the project I’m doing.
