Refurbished
It is truly sad that these are being sold as BRAND NEW and CHARGING FULL PRICE FOR BRAND NEW, but when you get them they have been clearly REFURBISHED. Not only that, the toner leaks out and makes a mess of your printed work and your printer/copier. Not a happy customer.

Brother 225 Magenta toner
Price went up since the last time I purchased it, but still recomend using only genuine brother over after market brand, had one after market brand leaking toner took me two hours to clean up the mess!

Genuine Brother magenta Cartridge Failed
Genuine Brother magenta cartridge failed halfway though use. Toner has usually been great over the life of my printer, but I guess I got a bad cartridge. I tried reaching support but it was still "searching" after 10 minutes...

Staples don’t listen to pack right.
Ok if not get damaged during shipping. So many times the toners come either not shipped in a shipping box and ripped on top, or if in shipping box not packed cushion well. Either nozzle is broken or leaks!

Of course it works - but
The cartridge of course works fine. And Brother has included a chip that newer laser printers recognize. If your after market cartridge doesn’t have this it will be rejected by the laser. SO - be forewarned

Not the right cartridge
Unfortunately this was not the correct cartridge for my printer (HL-4150CDN) and the available online cartridge was too expensive for me on a fixed income. Sorry.
