I have used Norton on my computers for years and have been very satisfied with it's protection. I will load my new purchase, on my computers, closer to the expiration of my current subscription.

A scam
I purchased the product because I didn't want to provide Norton with a charge card number that renews automatically every year. Even though the Norton 360 is completely paid for, Norton requires my personal charge card information and Norton will place a charge for an amount that they will determine later on the card. I have never been required to provide this in all ...

NO DISC
I ALWAYS have trouble with downloads. I WANTED A DISC TO BE ME SENT TO ME. I THOUGHT THAT'S WHAT I ORDERED. INSTEAD I GOT NOTHING BUT A NUMBER TO KEY TO GET ANOTHER 'DOWNLOAD'!! YOUR ON LINE DESCRIPTION DOES NOT SPECIFY THAT DOWNLOADS JUST LIKE THE ONLINE ONES.
I GUESS IT'S MORE PROFITABLE TO SELL DOWNLOADS. YOU DIDN'T REDUCE THE PRICE.

The description says one user but the box says three users (which is the correct amount of users). I have used Norton products for years and have always been pleased.
I am happy with the Norton 360. I am pleased with Norton products. It downloaded very fast.
