Okay product.
Works as a basic toaster should. Have to say that I was a little taken back as the toaster is quite light. It seems a little bit more flimsy that i would have have expected.

not good
Ordered 2 toasters. Both do not cook the outside of the bread. And after a week of use, one of the toasters had 2 sides of the 4 slice toasters went out. Disappointing

4 slice toaster
This toaster works well with thin slice bread, but don't put bagels or other wide items in there or they will get stuck.

Product does not work properly
I received the toaster for my office and took it out of the box and put it out for use. It was maybe a week without use to find out the the left side does not work at all. It goes down but does not stay down. I am very disappointed.
