Great overall but does not work using the USB A
While a great and comfortable headset, it does not work with all platforms when using the USB A adapter. I do market research and use a variety of web-based platforms. It works well with MS Teams but in some of them I have to use the option of connecting via the 3.5mm jack, which defeats the purpose of having a mic near your mouth, since that is not activated.

Great headset
All audio is clear as a bell. Others on the golf game that my son plays, say they can hear him and understand him much better than before. Easy to install and set up.

Great Sound both Inbound and Outbound
Comfortable 50mm driver headphones with ample connection options both USB and traditional 3.5mm jacks. I was surprised to see that the microphone has the Blue technology that filters out unwanted noise for clear voice transmission. Overall I'm satisfied with their performance and comfort.

It has a very sturdy feel, unlike their lower tier headsets. It is a great headset for streamers or anyone who has meetings online because of the great number of customization options available with the software.

Microphone stopped working the 1st Day I started using it
I literally opened the box this morning to teach my online class. It lasted the 1st three classes, then at the beginning of the 4th, my students started telling me that they could not hear me any more. Great and Comfortable
Super comfortable and easy to set up. Had a little trouble getting it to work with my school district's software but eventually got it working. Can't wait to use them for virtual teaching!

Outstanding build quality.
For gaming these headphones are fantastic. For listening to music my Audio-Technica ATH-M50x are substantially better. The mic is as good as they come for this style of boom mic. Of course a Blue snowball or yeti are superior but honestly not by much.

Horrible audio when mic is on.
Returned this this headset. Audio was terrible when mic was active. Tried it on several computers with various configurations to make sure it was the headset and not the system. Without mic audio was fine.

Amazing sound and quality!
I was always a big Turtle Beach fan and had been using them for years, but when I came across the G Pro X, I decided to switch things up and give them a try. And I couldn't be happier with the decision! The noise quality is supreme and can pickup footsteps (important for me in COD) from far away. The way they fit around the ear is exceptional as well. Headphones
I got this headphone mic set about a week ago and I am so satisfied with these. The sound quality is wonderful, the headphones have a mute feature on the mic which is very convienant. They provide you with extra ear cushions and a nice carrying pouch. Highly recommend these headphones. Multi use for computer, gaming system or Ipod.
