Perfect forms with envelopes
I've been buying these forms every year, this is the first year I found them at such a great price with the envelopes. Worked PERFECT with QuickBooks for printing out.

Tax Form 1099
I ordered several tax forms from you and they work find, however what I find distressing is the volume one must purchase. One pack of forms I bought I had to buy 50 and this set was 25.
We don't have need for that many so I will look elsewhere next year and perhaps order from the IRS
