HP Toner Cartridge
It is always better to purchase toners from the original manufacturer. Remanufactured cartridges always end up leaking when you print.

Poor delivery service
My original delivery never arrived even though it said it was delivered. I had to call Staples and have them re-ship it.

You make it easy.
You make it so easy when my toner runs low and I have to re-order. And when I order it, I know I’m going to get it in plenty of time. And these toners last a long time, so it’ll be another year before I have to order again.

Easy to install
I love my laser jet home printer. (I never thought I would ever write!!) The cartridge was easy to install and Staples delivered it sooner than they quoted (yay!!) My only complaint is that the price for ink is ridiculously high.
