HP Toner Cartridge
It is always better to purchase toners from the original manufacturer. Remanufactured cartridges always end up leaking when you print.

Was promised the next day and we got it!
These days deliveries are awful. However we can always depend on Staples to do what they say they will do! We ran out of ink and I had a big job to do and we received the ink the next day as promised. Thank you Staples!!

Scanner to Email Should be Easy!!
Setting up the scanner is much more difficult than any other model - I have hired a tech to come to figure it out as I have spent many hours without success - why???

I only buy HP brand toner.
I have tried generic toner several times and have always been disappointed. If you print photos, the colors are never right. Also, I have experienced toner leakage that ruins my documents and damages my printer, I have learned my lesson and will never buy store brand or generic brands again.

Works best with hp printers
My experience is when I used another cartridge it always destroyed the printer. These units are protective of the printer. I really appreciated the good price.

It's awful that the cartridge leaked on you. Avoid using this cartridge and ask for a return immediately. I would also assess your opening technique. Sometimes, consumers remove the tabs off the toners. This action creates a leak from the cartridge. Again, I apologize for this incident. I hope it never occurs again.

Good products. Good service. Toner cartridges are HP and the price is a slight bit better than retail but the best part is not having to go shopping for them. I order and 3 days later they are in my mailbox
