HP Toner Cartridge
It is always better to purchase toners from the original manufacturer. Remanufactured cartridges always end up leaking when you print.

Poor delivery service
My original delivery never arrived even though it said it was delivered. I had to call Staples and have them re-ship it.

POOR SERVICE
I purchased a laser printer for my small business. There is no stock for color toner. I have not been able to print color copies for over 3 months. Poor way to support small business.

Difficulty in obtaining supply

Glitchy
Prints well in black and white. For color projects it thinks a while before printing. Many times when in sleep mode it isn’t recognized by our iProducts as available. Have to touch the scream to wake it up for printing.

Toner Purchase and Recycle Request
The recycle program requires that I go to a mailing facility. I think this program is flawed and I will throw my used ones in the garbage as there is no real incentive to reuse the catridge.
