HP Toner Cartridge
It is always better to purchase toners from the original manufacturer. Remanufactured cartridges always end up leaking when you print.

Poor delivery service
My original delivery never arrived even though it said it was delivered. I had to call Staples and have them re-ship it.

Out of Stock Everywhere Else
I could not find these cartridges anywhere Staples had them in stock and delivered the next day!! I was impressed with the customer service.

CARTRDIGE ORDER AND DELIVERY
RECENTLY PURCHASED BUT HAVE NOT USED THE CARTRIDGE AS YET. WHAT I AM FURIOUS ABOUT IS THAT WHOEVER DELIVERED THE PACKAGE LEFT BOTH CARTRIDGE BOXES WERE LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN AND THE BOXES WERE SOAKING WET!

had to wait for months to get from staples
had to buy a 206a because staples was out of stock for over two months. will use the 206a which was an extra buy then i bought the 206x because of its total potential output.

Availability of toner
I ordered two toner cartridges, needed XL size, was able to get it in Cyan but not in most needed black. Settled for smaller size in black. Working from home really needed the black.
