Horrible ink system
The system is meant so that one can replenish ink without the environmentally unsound cartridges, etc. But the design has so many flaws - including now very tight constructions - that the powder ink spills out everywhere when "pumping" it into the reserve well.

New Imaging Drum fixed problem of Streaks

Not happy
I was told I needed a drum for my printer, however my printer still didn’t print. Now I had to purchase a new printer and wasted my money on the service call and drum. I will try to return the drum.

Design needs work
Had this printer for eight months or so, maybe 50 pages a day, so 10,000 pages and the drum is really showing signs that it needs to be replaced. The issue is, I just filled it up and the drum and toner hopper are integrated, so I need to print a whole bunch more poor quality pages OR waste $100+ worth of toner. Poor design and low quality.

it always good to have a spear you never know when the one in the printer goes out plus only buy it when tells u u need it and there is an indicator on hp never stop 1001 nw and 1202 nw when u see light start blinking u will know when to replace hope this helps

it's definitely an HP product, should never have changed brands after the last one lasted six years of abuse. here with hp, replacing parts after only six month's.

Won’t be buying HP again.
The printer did not let me know when it needed a new drum. Instead, it kept saying it was low on toner. After I added one toner, it said it needed two toners. After looking at the HP website, I noticed there was nothing addressing this. A user comment is where I found the answer. Does Not Last As Long as Advertised
I purchased a neverstop printer 10 months ago. I had to purchase a drum in December and now just purchased another. I am only getting about 8k to 9k pages max out of a drum.
