I have to buy HP ink because the printer I have doesn't like aftermarket ink cartridges. I wish they were cheaper but they do a good job. Unfortunately HP has gotten out of hand with the complication of their printers. I had to download an app on my phone just to set it up. Not what I'd call user friendly.
