Old cartridges???
I bought two packages of XL combo cartridges and the color ink cartridge in both packages did not work. The error message said the ink was low despite being brand new.

I got printer ink
I got printer ink. I didn't need to give all of my personal information to HP and I wasn't required by HP to allow them to put their tentacles into my wallet. Sure the Online cartridge has more ink but HP's intrusion into my life is too much. Thank you for being there for me Staples
