Closed over the weekend?
The ink seems to be fine the delivery time I choose was 3 but they failed to tell you if you ordered on Friday evening your order wouldn’t be protuntill the following Monday.

Long lasting and Bright Images
These cartridges pack a lot of ink and provide for very high quality prints, color or black & white. Locally purchased HP cartridges have far less printing life than the ones sent through Instant Ink. Of course, it is the excellent quality of the HP printers that makes this all true.

Great Ink!
I ran out of Black Ink and needed at minimum an XL Ink Cartridge as soon as possible. I found the particular cartridge at Staples. Although an email notified me I was using a store-bought ink versus "the program's" ink that was the least of my worries. I needed black ink and Staples had it.

Nothing wrong with the ink - works fine! But it would be nice to have a supply to choose from. I like the combined box because it is a little cheaper. Don't like paying more for 2 separate boxes.

HP ink runs out fast
I received this ink with the printer I didn’t print 240 pages but under 50 and the ink ran out and I had to buy a new one which was super expensive. The ink is not supposed to run out that fast and to me it’s not cost effective at all. The store is convenient to purchase at and they always have HP ink .

Empty cartridge
I received the ink cartridge. It must have been a refurbished cartridge as the ink is very faint as if there is no ink in the cartridge I would never use the service again. My test page was fine. The next day I used it to print a document that I needed for business purposes and it was extremely faint I could barely see the printing.
