I see you received an empty cartridge. That experience is never fun! Just to be clear, does your printer ink monitor read empty? If not, it might be an issue getting the cartridge to print. My HP ENVY 6055e Printer indicated "low ink"
So I dropped by Staples on Hamilton 3 weeks ago (where I purchased the printer) and purchased a new vial of ink . Things have run smoothly since and I understand colored ink is also available. One more reason I am giving a 5 star rating.

Long time customer customer for more than 50 years and frustrated
Was to print over 200 pages but only got about 150 pages printed before it was out. No pictures and size 12 print. Tried to sign up for instant ink and spent more than 20 hours on different days and had to end up buying this HP 67XL and this is what happens.

So sorry you were unhappy with the page yields. One hundred fifty pages are close to 200. Individual use makes cartridge variance. Still many factors go into each cartridge. This cartridge could have a leak or simply be dry. Either way, HP would like to apologize to you.

Ink running out to fast.
I received my HP 67 Black Standard Yield Ink/3YM56AN#140 ON March 1 2023 I start using the ink on the very next day and as soon as I put the ink in and start using the ink my printer said that my ink was half full and I just started using this ink.
