Wow.. What can I say, genuine HP ink FITS the printer as it is the only one of ALL the HP inks that fits my printer. spot on recommendation... and I needed colopur. and thats what I got...the right ones too!! not some odd ones. beautiful packaging. easy to open. and the fact that I got genuine HP ink which I ordered.. Kudo's to Staples there. shipped to correct address....

The copies are good quality. I like the idea of ordering ink cartridges direct from the manufacturer.
On the other hand I don't like to fuss with passwords and complex controls and commands, but maybe that is the nature of the beast.

A good product
I do not use my printer a lot. I think the price is too high compared to where I normally buy it. I had to drive 22 miles away to get product. They were out at my store. I feel prices should be the same as they are already priced high.

printer no longer works on networks.
I really liked it when the printer was on the network. I am using my hotspot from my Android and an iPhone to print. my iphone has no sim.
