Poor cartridge function
I purchsed two black XL cartridges in November and installed them. The first one ink level dropped to below 20% yet I hadn't even printed 50 copies and had maybe printed one color page. The second black XL I installed a week or so later I printed 3 black and white documents for a total of about 45 pages and up to then had only printed about 10 black and white pages ...

No good
Normally I would say yes I was very happy with my product at this time around for some reason my HP printer is telling me that my HP ink that I received from you is not compatible with my HP printer my print, 67 but is not wanting to recognize the 67 ink cartridge for the HP printer

It’s a shame you received an incompatible product. We apologize for the lackluster results. Did you check the product number and the model of your printer? If you can, take out the cartridge. Restart the printer and reinsert the cartridge until you hear a clicking sound. Then, try running a test print page. The test indicates if anything is amiss.

Just what I needed
When my previous printer died my new printer took this size ink cartridge. I had several unused cartridges for my previous printer which Staples exchanged with no problem. I am pleased with the quality of reproduction on my new printer and with these cartridges.

Doesn’t last & pricey
This is super expensive and it barely lasts. I don’t do that much printing, but it seems to run low after a couple of times. I may print 1-3 sheets at a time 1-2 times a month. Same goes for the colour cartridge.

Changing Ink In A HP Envy 6000 Printer
The HP ink cartridges were a breeze to install. I forgot the printer runs an alignment test after the cartridges are installed and tried to print something immediately the change and couldn’t figure out why the print command failed.
