Cartridges dry out
I was trying to save the color cartridge but lo and behold both had to be replaced as the color ink had dried up and the printer CD won’t work unless both cartridges work.

Not satisfied because of trying to be switched.
I purchased the wrong color. I returned it I thought I had purchased one black and one white cartridge so I returned it to the store. But the only thing they had was a two pack colored and black.
