Well I couldn't find the cartridge on the sheves so I found a saleslady and she went back and got me one. I was so happy that I wouldn't have to come back or go elsewhere. The cashier was very polite and patient too.

It’s not worth the money
I printed 8 pictures and ran out of ink and had to go buy 2 more to finish was totally not worth my time and money

Hi Louis Eight pictures might seem trivial. Still thousands of dots are deposited in each photo. This is likely what caused the early demise of the cartridge. In addition photo paper is much thicker than average printing paper. Therefore the ink runs out faster with this type of paper. I'm sincerely sorry you are disappointed with the results. Not happy with HP printers also it takes too long to get your Your ink cartridges when you order .
These cottages run out of ink very quickly I have several printers HP and computer I will not buy no more HP printers.
