Broken ink cartridge
I am not at all happy with HP. I received a black #67 cartridge and it is broken. Your self help computer system is unusable and you can't talk with a human being. I have this lovely HP printer scanner that I can't use until I have to buy another cartridge. I am on social security and don't have much extra money. I love your prices but not your service

Skimping on the ink
The quality of the printing is somewhat OK - it could be better but the biggest complaint is the small amount of ink I get. It's frustrating to run out so quickly. There has to be a better way. I have decided to send my printing needs out.

IT does not work in my printer
Even though it said it is compatable with the deskjet 2700 series my printer wont work with it. Total wast od money.
