Not so much the ink but the printer
I've used HP printers for 25 yrs. with great satisfaction. But the HP ENVY 6500e which uses the 67 cartridge is bad. Badly designed difficult to use - the icons which light up are not self evident as to meaning and have no markings. The on-off button badly placed at the rear has broken after just 3 mos. use. The ink cartridge is fine. The machine stinks.

These inks really do the job.

Bad Ink longevity
Very disappointed in the Black #67 as it only lasted 4 days! A lot of $$$$ to have that happen!
This is NOT the first time I've had trouble with the "Made in Malaysia" ones! I could NOT get an Agent to speak to me. Spent about 2+ hours trying to get through to an American speaking Agent! I would seriously like a NEW #67 black cartridge to replace the defective one!

Four days are simply not enough. HP values your customer experience. As such, I want to help you improve your results. Start by evaluating your paper. The thicker paper leads to more ink use. Try to use thinner paper. I also would analyze what you are printing. Many customers don't realize how much ink a photo or image can use. If you printed fifteen photos, the results would be different than a light amount of black text on each page.
