We have used 2 67XL black cartridges now within a 3 week period. This is not the fault of Quill. Our previous printer that used the 61XL would last for months.

Hello there William I am sorry you are displeased with the price. There are many improvements to make to extend the cartridge. If you got better use of the cartridge you will be satisfied with the product. Print preview is the first method to avoid scrap copies. Follow it up by shutting down the printer frequently. not ideal
this printer isnt great - high yield ink only prints about 200 pages and done - costs less to print at a print shop - get a canon printer for 20$ more and the ink prints about 5x as much!

Hi Genevieve I understand you are finding our cartridges less than ideal. If you are getting two hundred pages let's assess your habits. The main step is to print fewer photos graphics invites posters and other ink-intensive items. Decrease the print quality slightly from the automatic settings.
