Since both cartridges will not print, it leads me to believe this is not exclusively a cartridge problem. It's hard to pinpoint without further details. Hi It is not unusual for customers to purchase the wrong cartridge especially if they don't have access to the printer model number. Sorry for the extra trip to the store and the inconvenience. Hi Jeff I relate to your review. Getting poor results with three cartridges is unfortunate. Going forward I have some great actions to save ink. • Give your printer a vacation. Leaving the printer on while idle increases the chance your ink dries out quicker. • Strategize each print job. Use the draft mode or print preview as much as possible. • Ensure cartridge functioning is not indicative of a greater problem.
