Great sale price!
Great sale price! I received two cartridges from Instant Ink after cancelling my subscription. Neither are recognized by my printer! Haven't had that problem with those purchased at Staples!

very low capacity
in an effort to push your subscription program, you've lowered the amount of ink in a cartridge. When I can't print more than 50 pages with an XL cartridge, we have a problem.
I do not have consistent usage so a subscription program is not for me. I'm using up the ink I have and will consider just buying a new printer - not worth the low performance.

Ink was not in a sealed plastic
When I opened the box the ink does not have plastic and the ink doesn’t have covering. It’s just like exposed already. I was not expecting it like that. Normally it’s in a sealed plastic. Thank

Consider the one star a negative
Looking for new printer with information panel on front and stays online. Should not have to search internet for a fix to problem. Should work first time and every time after installation. All my other HP printers did and do. Don't waste your money.
