Serious disappointment
67XL cartridge contains about half the ink as the 23XL cartridge of my old printer. Can't keep enough cartridges on hand. Considering returning the Printer (HP 6458) to the store.

"not a morning printer"
OK for the price; not very fast, has to reconnect each day, like someone who hates mornings before coffee. But once it gets going its good, and has full functions. Haven't tried the fax, but printed, coped and scanned.

Fantastic service!
I went to seven stores looking for this ink cartridge and none of them didn't have it in stock. This was my first time going to Staples. Although they didn't have it in stock they quickly ordered it. I received it the next day at noon. That's what I call great service!

Complicated and does not work right
This is so complicated and doesn't work right. This is the exact same printer that i had brand new 3 months and it crashed, so i bought another one and it is doing the same thing as the one that crashed
