Ink Cartirdges Do Well
Once I learned how to insert each (color and b&w) ink cartridge they do very well in my new HP Inkjet 4155e all-in-one printer. Yes I would recommend the ink cartridges to anyone else with the same printer.

It was a joy just to order the ink and get what I needed. I like not having to go to town and hunt and hunt for something I can get on line and have it delivered I do miss the store we had in Jacksonville but ordering the the next best. Thank you.

Hi Cynthia I am sorry to find that you had this problem but perhaps you are printing a lot of high-density prints. That would make a difference. In that case I'd recommend switching to Instant Ink then you only pay by the page not for the cartridges themselves. Here are things that could help: - Make use of the printer's draft mode whenever possible - When appropriate you can change the settings to print black only then areas that would use color will print out in shades of gray and save on colored ink - Shut the printer off between uses - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying Mary HP Care Hp.com/support

Wireless feature is very unreliable
This is the 1st wireless printer I've owned that is so sensitive to how it is plugged in and 'minimum' distance from the wireless router. It's lost its marbles a couple of times now so I just use the USB connection now. Other than this, the printer works very well.
