Because it is only one color, this XL cartridge goes a long way.
Because it is only one color, this XL cartridge goes a long way. I believe it claims to print 1200 pages, I do think that is an exaggeration. But I find I do not have to change it as frequently as I have to change the tricolor XL cartridge.

Still not enough ink for the price.
Still not enough ink for me. The main problem I have is that it wastes a lot of ink having the three colors in one. if I run out of one color, but not the others, my printer stops printing in color till I replace the cartridge, wasting the remaining ink of the other two colors. This becomes pricy over time.

ALMOST PERFECT
NOT ENOUGH INK IN THE CARTRIDGES. It only does 47 pages. My old 3630 did twice the amount. I really do not appreciate having to spend only on cartridges. But I do like the printer in its shed. Sleek, perfect size easy set up.

Everything is great, except cost per page.
The ink is great. Ordering is easy. Installation is simple. Copies come out looking fine. The price is absurd, and the "proprietary" nature of the deal--you really have to use HP ink with HP printers--means we get, in price, the worst aspects of monopoly. My friends have tried Instant ink and couldn't escape. Just lower the price for the cartridges.
