Order not fulfilled
I ordered both the black and colour cartridge, you only fulfilled half the order. It was the colour cartridge that I needed, so much for ordering online.

HP67XL HIGH YIELD BLACK ORIGINAL INK CARTRIDGE
Have always used the original ink in my printers no remanufactured. Printers do last longer with original cartridges. HP delivers fast and has fresh ink. Would purchase from them again.

too expensive
it costs you less than a dolar to make and you sell it for over 25. There is a word for that but we will use the second most appropriate word, gouging.

No labels on function buttons
Yeah sleek with no words on outside to indicate what the functions are. Ok I guess if you use it every day. Not so great for the once a week user.

One cartridge gives approximately 85-90 copies. That is unacceptable. I thought it was a lemon so I purchased a second one with the same result!

Hi Jacqueline I can understand if you are disappointed with the cartridges. However I might be able to help you get the cartridges to last longer. It is possible that the cartridge is getting clogged and is not letting the ink through the tiny inkjets. There is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu that you can use to clear them out. The routine might need to be run more than once to clean out the clogs completely. If you only print occasionally it is a good idea to shut the printer down between uses. However it is important to always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the inkjets are protected from excessive drying which leads to clogging The seller is responsible for the quality of what is sent. what do you want to know. i am a total tech dummy yet i figured out the number i needed. after much prayer found how to open the printer . take out the old without breaking something and put in the new again without breaking something. and the printer worked again. wow. 5 stars for me.
