poor printer
I will never buy another HP printer again. It gave me nothing but problems. I could not get it to print off the computer. I spent over an hour on phone with a tech to correct the problem only to have it return a few days later. I'm getting rid of it. Do you want it back?

Great ink cartridge, slow delivery
I always use and enjoy genuine HP ink cartridges for my HP printer... however, the two 61XL cartridges I ordered took longer than expected to deliver and came a week apart! Yes, always use HP cartridges to avoid any unnecessary printing problems.

Ink works well, has not clogged
The ink prints well, and has not clogged. I like my new HP printer. It makes good copies and has been fine so far. What I don't like is that it guzzles ink! I read about this in the reviews before I bought the printer, but didn't think it would use so much.

I let my black ink cartridge run out and when I went to the Staples store they were sold out of this particular cartridge. The sales clerk ordered it on line for me.... and it came the next day. I was very pleased and relieved.... but will plan to keep an extra cartridge on hand from now on.

My printer has a hard time working when I reboot my computer HP does not offer the correct driver.
