MY INK WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BY TODAY....TRACKING SAYS STILL NOT SENT YET.

I purchased one in May and needed a new one in June
Absolutely did not print promised 240 pages with the XL. I needed to buy a new cartridge 5 weeks later (and I was out of town for 2.5 weeks during that period). Maybe the May cartridge was faulty. I'll see if new cartridge I bought at the end of June performs better or if it's a general product quality issue.
