Ease of oredering
the cartridge was what I was expecting having purchased HP products from several stores before. Your process made it much easier to shop and have it delivered to my door. It was also cheaper than the ones I bought in the store.

Good and Bad
Purchased printer apprx. six weeks ago and am satisfied with performance for an inexpensive printer but have been surprised how quickly it goes through the small ink cartridges. Had an 8600 printer before and was very satisfied until it just wore out.

Too Expensive
The colors are good and the cartridge is easy to install but doesn't last long at all. HP makes their money on ink not the printers. I'm about ready to buy another brand simply due to the cost of HP ink.

Probably won’t order again
This order took a couple of days to get. My order was split between two different times. I got one cartridge one day and after the weekend got the other. Quality also seems a bit dry.
