Stated Capacity Misleading
The ink runs out quickly even though advertises XL for more copies. I have used several cartridges and it does not last! Very disappointed with HP with whom I have been an owner of their products for 20+ years.

clearer directions needed

Ink as expected printed great
Wish my machine didn't keep saying ink low way before it needed to be changed. Black ink works great. Wish it was a little cheaper

Not thrilled..
The copier runs out of ink very quickly and when I tried to re-order the multi packs were not available. I could not take advantage of reduced pricing.

ink delivery
I was surprised how long it took to receive. I ordered another ink and I didn't receive that yet. I would recommend the ink because hp ink works fo hp printers. My printer doesn'talways work. For some reason it resets itself.

HP ink cartridges
HP ink cartridges are high-quality and I like the feature on the printer that allows me to see how much ink is still available before re-ordering. Those using the automatic re-order by HP should also be well satisfied. I just don’t print enough at this time to use it.
