Issue w cartridge
I bought the cartridge. I printed 38 pages and I ran out of ink. Very expensive to only get 38 pages out of it. Not sure if it is defective or it’s issue with new printer. I’m not happy with how frequently it needs ink.

OK ink/Lousy availability
Was not able to get this from any of my usual suppliers. Attempt to force me into ink subscription, which is not appropriate for me or my business. Moreover it only fits a printer that is really a lousy product and difficult to install easily. All 130 pages of manual do not explain how to print from printer surface without going through cumbersome experience.

There are scarcities of the cartridges in some areas. This is due to an increase in online orders during the holidays and the lockdowns. Supply just hasn't been keeping up with demand.

I’m Very happy. Been using it for over 6 months now. No complains. Staples alway have it in stock. North Brunswick NJ personnel are alway helpful and accommodating! Forgot the name of the guy/manager by cashier. Spoke Spanish. Very helpful! Keep up the good job! I worked in customer relations too! So I know!
