Long lasting
I was considering purchasing a cheaper brand of it but decided against the idea. HP products have always worked well for me and I will continue to purchase their brand. Fast delivery too.

Good Quality Right Size for the job worth buying larger capacity
The larger capacity unit saves a lot of time and time is money. Eliminates running out as quick and one is able to have less interruptions. There is any economy of scale there.

Great Quality, Tiny Amount of Ink
Starter cartridges are so short on ink. Seems it would not be that expensive for them in include a real cartridge. That being said, it worked great and saved me having to immediately buy ink to set it up.

I needed more instruction
Maybe it's my age but I would have appreciated an actual instruction brochure with the printer. Like telling me how to change ink, get it to print, etc. I eventually got to some instructions on the website but it wasn't easy.
