Troublesome ink placement
Very difficult to install ink cartridges. App didn’t allow to go back and repeat instructions. Operational keys not clear.
Once it was all figured out printing was fine.
Need to be clearer for no tech folks. Particularly if you are 84 years old!!

Got the last one. Also needed the black one store was very low on cartridge stock. Sales associate did look for me offered to send it free but I prefer to buy in store.
