HP inks have become a disappointment
As the price of printers stay low HP has moved into giving dismal performance with their ink capacity. They have also prevent the printer from using third party ink with I think is dishonest and dissipative practice.. shame

good ink not next day as promised
Ink is quality expected as HP original. but not next day delivery as promised. Took 3 days. I bought from this site because it promised next day delivery and i had some urgent printing to do that was time sensitive. So it was disappointing service for the money. I could have gone and driven to shop and got it quicker. I will not use again

Poor delivery service
I have no issue with the HP ink but I do have an issue with the company who delivers for Staples. The first order went to someone in a different state the second try went to the neighbor’s house and now the third try is being sent to the store. I hope it gets there but I have not heard yet.
