Color cartridge not working
Yikes. The color ink didn't work in my printer. I did all the troubleshooting as suggested to fix issue. After a frustrating afternoon I went and bought a new cartridge which worked fine. The ink cartridge was out of return window...I bought it 3 weeks ago cuz I like to have ink on hand. Frustrating.
