For some reason the Davenport store could not accept my Corporate Visa. They said at Visa the store was not recognized. I had to use my personal card.

Average Product That I Need
The Ink works so I buy it. The REWARDS PLAN is a pain and extremely aggravating & UN rewarding. I buy when I need it not pouring over the Staples site weekly or daily for something on sale. I Just Don’t Have TIME!!! So it ain’t a Reward

I only wish there was a package with an XL black AND an XL color. The only thing I’ve found is an XL black and a regular color in the same package. The only way I’ve seen an XL color is in an individual package.

Forced to Buy New Ink & Throwout the Old
I was using the proper ink in the printer and it suddenly stopped working, then I was forced to purchase the newest HP ink and had to throw out my stores of ink. Great for the environment and my pocket - NOT!

HP Not so Easy Ink
Does not go into machine easily--it takes l a lot of figuring around. Print good once you get cartridge in. You must unplug machine after putting new cartridge in, then plug in again: a real process.
