I had to have my son come & install the printer as it was not just a simple connect w/a cord & install a cdrom & run install. So far it prints OK.

use it or lose it
This ink will dry if you do not use it regularly. I've had to purchase these cartridges several times before they run out because the ink dries up. Doing a head or nozzle cleaning does not fix the problem. Since it's cheaper to just buy the ink then replace the printer that's the route that we've been taking.
