Difficult to load paper and print on both sides
Print quality is very good while ink lasts which is short. Loading paper is totally unsatisfactory. Only a few sheets can be loaded at a time and requires two hands and patience. I plan to replace it with a less frustrating printer

I think HP makes ink that works at outrageous prices and printers that do not accept any alternative brands. I am a captive victim of this system but I can still object to the highway robbery!

Good ink too expensive
Can you negotiate with HP to get them to lower the price of their printer inks? They lock us in to using only HP inks and then they price them higher than fine scotch. You always have a good supply available which is great in an emergency.

Works as expected . I wish it lasted longer bought this one by mistake Instead of the xl . Wish they’d change the packaging between the two a bit so it was easier to denote the difference when people look quickly .It should be less expensive.

It prints. It's expensive.
It's an ink cartridge made by the printer manufacturer and it works with the printer. Useful bug not a huge achievement. That said.... * Like all printer/cartridge set ups the technology is unique for a given printer rather than useable across the brands similar printers. XL is the way to go.
The ink works well and I have not moved all ink to XL. The amount in those keeps me from ordering so often. Although HP needs to do something about the pricing as it overcharges for just ink. I do like Staples though.
