Excellent for Greeting Card Designs!
I bought this tool along with my Maker 3 and am thrilled at the results! For card making and best results with the fine debossing tool, use cardstock that does not have any texture. Foil cardstock or cardstock that has a shine or shimmer works particularly well to show a fine debossing design. You can be extra creative and even use the fine debossing operation with text...

I called customer service and was told that USPS had not picked it up and then it was lost and then it was on way and to expect it in a few days. That was 8 days ago and I still have not received it. Not impressed

Doesnt emboss deep enough
Tool works fine, it just doesnt give good results. The embossing isnt very deep, have to run it several times and the effect still isnt brilliant.

Learn to deboss and emboss
I bought the Embossing Tip so i can leatn to deboss and emboss. It fits in the Quick Swap Housing and works great! This is my first project.

Doesn't work in Cricut Maker 3?
I just purchased my cricut machine and got all the accessories that I was excited to use. I guess I missed somewhere that a Cricut Maker 3 is not just a new and improved version of the Cricut Maker. I was hoping for a deeper impression like an embossing folder. I can still use this for minor debossing projects though.
