1099 forms
With the changes to the e-filing requirements for 1099s, these blank forms are essential. I was so very happy to see them available and received in just a couple of days -- something the big printing company was not able to do for me. Thank you Staples for having what I needed when I needed it!

Government forms
I wish there were a place for zero stars. It’s a form: however the entire “form” is blank on the front. Totally worthless.
