Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Brought chair home and setup with a friend.
The chair is very nice. I setup with a friend doing most of the work. When finished all was well except the lever for up and down did not work. My friend was no longer here so I took the chair back to Staples. The tech guy there said the lever cable was too tight. He fixed that and now it works well.

The seat is comfortable but....
The seat is comfortable but it does not have enough options for height. I wish it could be raised higher.

OFFICE CHAIR
Easy assembly about 20 minutes. No missing parts. Seat cushion firm but thicker than cheaper brands. So far comfortable and easy to roll. Not a big fan of bonded leather but I will cross my fingers and hope for good durability. I would recommend this chair.

Comfortable for 6ft tall slim user easy to assemble
Firm support but thankfully isn't form-fitting which would force you to sit in one position. It's comfortable whether sitting straight up slouched etc. and it's easy to slide around on the material. This makes it easier to shift positions frequently throughout the day. It seems to be high quality. Assembly took only about 30 minutes. I'm extremely happy with it.

Seems fine a few days in. Setup is somewhat difficult in lining up screws especially in attaching arms and back. So far I would certainly buy it again.

Chair doesn't recline?
A little disappointed that the chair doesn't sit upright and is not upright so I'm slouched back and have to use a pillow since it is stuck in reclined back position. I reached out to the company who handles the chair and they are closed for covid 19 so there is no support. So far it is comfortable to the bottom but not good on my back

Amazingly Comfortable!!
I got this chair because like many people I have recently transitioned to working from home an a my old chair just wasn't cutting it any longer. I couldn't be happier it plush but supportive and perfect for a long day.
