Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

The gas lift did not work
When I put the chair together the gas lift did not work. I was unable to raise and lower the chair. I had to contact support who said they would send me the part but I am still waiting on it and having to sit on a pillow. I expected more out of the Lazboy brand.

My Office Chair
Everyting about this chair is perfect. Easy to opperate move it is comfortable and firm. the leather is soft and smooth to the touch. The lumbar support is positioned for me (6'0) just right. I bought this chair on sale which made the purchase even more desirable.

Sooooo comfortable!!
I knew when I saw the name "Lay Z Boy" on the side of the box this was probably the office chair we'd be purchasing!! You know the quality. Exactly what I expected. Looks great and is very comfortable.. Confident it will last for many years to come because my sectional is the same brand name and it is 9 years old. Love it!

I am happy with the purchase of my chair. The only complaint is that my chair came with one brown arm and one black arm. It wasn't worth me taking the chair back to the store after I had already put it together.

This Chair exceeded my expectations
Assembly was straight forward. No weird tools required missing pieces or parts not lining up. Much more comfortable than I thought it was in the store. Easy to roll around and swivel. Thus far an excellent product.

Nice chair
This is a nice chair. Pretty good value for the sale price. However there was no display model available so I had to purchase and ASSEMBLE before I could determine if it suited my needs. Not the best scenario. Returned next day full refund. Mediocre rating due to experience not the quality of the chair.

The chair is very comfortable and nice looking. I just wish that the back was adjustable I feel like I am sitting in a very up right position. I would recommend this chair o any one.
