Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Desk chair
Comfortable and good value for the cost. I took the suggestion of the sales person and purchased the extended warranty which covers everything and put leather conditioner on it to keep it supple although it is bonded leather.

Comfort at a great price!
This is easily one of the most comfortable office chairs I have ever used. It replaced a chair I had used for 12 years. What an upgrade! for all of the work and meetings I attend via zoom this chair is worth the purchase and at a great price for the brand!

Excellent comfort!
This chair was incredibly easy to put together. I did by myself (and I'm a weakling) in a short period of time! I work from home and spend8-10 hours a day at my computer. This chair is so comfortable. I wish I had found it years ago!

Bonded Leather is VERY FRAGILE !!!
Had the chair since late yesterday and already the bonded leather has a tear in the side of one of the arms. I also removed all of the plastic caps because they have VERY sharp edges. The sharp edges of the caps could cut a child's skin as well as mine since I am over 80 years old. I also don't have any cats or dogs that could damage the bonded leather. The chair i...

Easy to assemble ergonomic comfortable
Great chair for sitting at a desk the whole day. Height can be adjusted so that forearms are horizontal on desk a prerequisite to avoid RSI from typing.

Not for Computer Use - Causes Back Pain
Caused horrible back pain after sitting for less than 30 minutes trying to work at a computer. Back and seat are angled too far back (slopes upward from your rear to your legs forcing you backward when you need to sit forward to type) and cannot sit properly upright. Excellent office chair
This chair is wonderful! I have went through other online retailers and their chairs are terrible. I came here to get a good quality chair and sit in all of the chairs to make sure that my back would love it and this is the best for lumbar support and if you have like an old injury to your coccyx this is the chair for you as this was my issue.

Broken Part Nightmare !
Here I sit 6 weeks after purchase with a chair that CANNOT be adjusted because of a broken seat plate. Having to deal with "True Innovations" for a replacement part is VERY FRUSTRATING. First they sent the part back to the store NOT my home despite being given the correct information. The videos on how to repair it don't work I ask myself WHY I'm in this situation . ...
