Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Nice looking but hard as a rock
Disappointed in comfort for a la-z boy chair. Chair is not very comfortable I made a mistake and threw away the box or I would have returned it. I bought a gel pad hoping it would help but so far no.

Office chair

unacceptable
Chair took a week to arrive. When it did a critical piece was missing and it still sits unassembled on my office floor. Filed a warranty claim to get the piece - they waited a week to request further documentation all while I thought the part was on the way. Hoping I'll enjoy the chair once I finally get to use it.
