Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Great chair but it sits at an angle
I bought one for my Arizona office and I liked it so much I bought a second for my California office. The second one does not sit well. It is at a permanent angle to the back left. Causes a back ache!

Missing pieces
I like the chair very comfortable but when I went to build it was missing parts and I had to contact the maker of the chair. It took a week for the part to come out so I had a disabled desk chair on my floor.

Tilt feature doesnt work
The new chair has a non working tilt feature. Although they are sending the replacement parts i am stuck trying to figure out how to fix the chair. This was a waste of money

Comfortable
I'm a short fat person and have had a hard time finding a comfortable affordable office chair. After getting two previous chairs online that hurt my back I decided to sit on a bunch until I found one that worked. This chair is fully adjustable supportive and comfortable so I can sit for hours in it.
