Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Comfortable and well-built.
I am a 6 foot four retired 76 year old 180 pound guy and the chair fits me fine. I particularly like the design to support the back rest since the previous chair I had broke the back rest.

Service
The caps covering the screws fractured on insertion. Their website required photos and receipts to replace them and it would not accept the info I tried to enter. Ridiculous and non user friendly process for something with a negligible cost. Decent product. Poor service for a name brand product.

What are the most comfortable chairs I have ever owned

The tilt function doesn't exist
The tilt function doesn't exist even though there is a switch built in for it. Otherwise it is a good chair if you don't need tilt function.
